Last updated 1 October 2026
LazyClip is made by OMCL India Private Limited (“we”). By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms.
The beta
LazyClip is in private beta and free to use while it is. It works every day on our own computers, but it’s still being finished: things may change, break or go away. Keep your own copies of anything important. If LazyClip stops being free, we’ll tell you before anything is charged.
Using LazyClip
- You may install and use LazyClip on your own computers.
- LazyClip and its website are ours: don’t copy, resell or redistribute them, or take the app apart to rebuild it, except where the law allows it regardless.
- What you copy is yours. LazyClip keeps it on your computers (see Privacy).
- LazyClip includes open-source software, used under its own licences:acknowledgements.
No warranty
LazyClip is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for lost data or other losses from using it, or from not being able to.
